Tutorials will take place on May 23. Those who pay the Tutorial fee can follow two (of the four) tutorials. This fee includes light lunch, coffee breaks and Tutorial material.
- Cancellation policy:
- for tutorials the full fee will be restituted
- if the cancellation (of the conference registration) is done three weeks before the conference, the full fee will be restituted
- if the cancellation is done after three weeks before the conference, EUR 200 will be charged and the remainder of the fee will be restituted
