REGISTRATION
Registration for TVX 2018 is open! Go to the TVX registration site to register for the conference and to book your hotel
The main conference registration is valid for June 27th and June 28th, as well as for the workshops on the pre-conference day (June 26th). It is possible to register for the pre-conference day only (workshop-only registration). Special fees are proposed for students and for ACM members.
Key Facts
- Each attendee must register separately
- Each conference contribution must be covered by at least one unique full registration. This is valid for Long and Short papers as well as Work in Progress, Demo and TVX-in-Industry submissions.
- Doctoral Consortium Papers must be covered by at least one unique student registration.
- Registering for the main conference gives free access to the workshops on the pre-conference day
- Registering for the pre-conference day only does not give any access to the conference reception and full conference program
- Early bird registration is possible until 8th June
- The visa support letter request form filled in should be sent to the Conference Treasurer, and we will send the visa supporting letter back to you. In writing the visa support letter request form by yourself, you need to prepare the registration number, passport number, origin of country, email address, phone number, physical address, the title of your paper (long & short paper, dc paper, workshop paper, poster, demo, TVX-in-Industry).

The Full Conference registration covers:
Access to all sessions during the main conference days (June 27-28), on-site catering on June 27-28, and a single admission ticket to the Banquet on June 27. It also includes the access to all Workshops with walk-in policy (please see the specific workshop pages to check different workshop policies) on June 26, on-site catering on June 26, and the welcome reception on June 26.
Extra tickets for the Banquet will be purchased in the registration page as well as on-site.
