Registration

The main conference registration is valid for June 15th and June 16th, as well as for the workshops on the pre-conference day (June 14th). It is possible to register for the pre-conference day only (workshop-only registration). Special fees are proposed for students and for ACM members. Early bird registrations can enjoy reduced fees until May 10th.

Key Facts

  • Each attendee must register separately
  • Each conference contribution must be covered by at least one unique full registration. This is valid for Long and Short papers as well as Work in Progress, Demo and TVX-in-Industry submissions.
  • Doctoral Consortium Papers must be covered by at least one unique student registration.
  • Registering for the main conference gives access to the workshops on the pre-conference day
  • Registering for the pre-conference day only does not give access to the conference reception and full conference program
  • Early bird registration is possible at reduced fees until and included May 10th

The Full Conference registration covers:

Access to all sessions during the main conference days (June 15-16), on-site catering on June 15-16, access to the welcome reception on June 14, a single admission ticket to the Banquet on June 15, access to all Workshops with walk-in policy (please see the specific workshop pages to check different workshop policies) on June 14, on-site catering on June 14, welcome package.

Extra tickets for the banquet will be available for purchase on a space-available basis at the registration desk.

The SIGCHI Gary Marsden Student Development Fund aims to support postgraduate students from developing countries to attend SIGCHI conferences.
